Exercise Routine:

Exercise is fun, even though it can be difficult at times. It gives you energy and it makes the blood flow through your body faster. For the last couple of days, I’ve been exercising between volleyball and women’s personal conditioning classes, as well as running one to three miles on the walking machine at home.

Here is my schedule of doing exercises during the week:

Monday:

-Run one to three miles on the machine

Tuesday:

-Volleyball class

-Run one to three miles on the machine

-Or, go walking two miles at the park after school

Wednesday:

-Women’s Personal Conditioning Class

-Run one to three miles on the machine

Thursday:

-Volleyball class

-Run one to three miles on the machine

Friday:

-Women’s Personal Conditioning Class

-Run one to three miles on the machine
