Continuing to Exercise:

Last night, I challenged myself to run on the walking machine for seven miles. It was a workout and a half, but it was doable. Tonight, I will run four miles on the machine after eating one meal today: pizza.

After I finish my exercise activity, I will come back to update this post and finish my magazine assignment that is due on Friday night.

Update: Four miles on the machine have been completed within a 45 minute frame.
