It’s official! Tonight, I plan on running/walking four miles on the machine. After skipping one day of exercise, it is time for me to be determined and not give up what I should be doing. Exercise is wonderful because it is a way to relief stress and make you feel confident.
Right now, I have finished walking two miles on the machine and will be going back on in about 20 minutes. This is also my second New Year’s Resolution: Stay active and get in shape for summer.
Update: My last two miles, which completes my four mile journey on the walking machine is now over. Tonight’s four mile journey helps me challenge one of my goals that I need to conquer this year.
